Managing your food and mood with mental illness

How on earth do we attempt to manage our mood and food together during an episode or even during ‘normal’ times? Is something I constantly ask myself. This week, Christmas week is certainly no exception.

Trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle with a disorder that not only can affect your metabolism but in a variety of ways, can encourage you to eat more than you should.
